Trigger Point Dry Needling is a process in which a solid filament needle is inserted into a muscle in order to elicit a twitch response and temporarily shut down a trigger point. Trigger points are a taut band of tissue located within a muscle that can become painful and lead to a variety of conditions. Balance and yoga training are vital to all ages. It can prevent muscular imbalances in young athletes, help recreational athletes prevent injuries and be a large resource for fall prevention in our elderly population. We offer group classes for up to 8 people and private sessions as well. Group classes are scheduled twice/week and are able to be billed through insurance. Private yoga sessions are available.
